Motion Designer

AVATR Global Design Center is looking for a multi-talented Motion Designer with a strong understanding of graphic design to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality moving image formats that convey the brand values of our brand across all communication channels and will work on projects that shape the global brand reception and translate our unique design philosophy into visual excellence.

What you will do:

• Developing and implementing motion design concepts in line with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Creating animations, video content and micro-interactions for marketing and product communication (including social media, websites, events and showrooms).
• Integration of moving image content into cross-media campaigns, product presentations and brand experience solutions.
• Creation of storyboards and implementation of photo shootings and video editing; composites and motion templates for scalable brand assets.
• Capture original footage through studio and on-location video graphy.
• Perform advanced color correction and grading to ensure cinematic visual quality.
• Integrate and lead generative AI tools (Artlist.io, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Veo) within the creative workflow—from concept to final delivery.
• Edit and enhance videos with seamless transitions, sound design direction, and polished final rendering.
• Close collaboration with all design departments, including exterior, interior, CMF, 3D visualization, brand and marketing communication.
• Ensuring compliance with design standards and consistent brand presence across all channels.
• Collaboration in international project teams.

What you will bring:

• Successfully completed degree in motion design, communication design, visual effects or similar.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the corporate, automotive or agency environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D and relevant plug-ins; knowledge of Unreal is an advantage.
• High visual competence, precise timing and a strong understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in the implementation of complex motion systems and CI-compliant animations.
• Knowledge of sound design or animation for interactive applications (e.g. HMI, UI) desirable.
• Team-oriented, structured approach to work and a high level of quality awareness.
