Motion Designer

AVATR Global Design Center is looking for a Motion Designer — a multi-talented visual professional who sits at the intersection of motion design, video production, and brand storytelling. You will join AVATR's Communication Design department and play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and remembered — across digital platforms, live events, product launches, and global campaigns.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement motion design concepts aligned with brand guidelines — for digital, social, events, showrooms, and product communication.
• Create animations, micro-interactions, storyboards, and composites for scalable, CI-compliant brand assets.
• Capture original footage through studio and on-location videography; perform advanced color correction and cinematic grading.
• Integrate and lead generative AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Veo, Artlist) within the creative workflow from concept to final delivery.
• Edit and finalize videos with seamless transitions, sound design direction, and polished rendering for all required output formats.
• Collaborate closely with Exterior, Interior, CMF, 3D Visualization, and Brand & Marketing Communication teams across international projects.

What you will bring:

• Degree in Motion Design, Communication Design, Visual Effects, Film Production, or a comparable field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in a corporate, automotive, or agency environment — with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand-level motion and video work.
• Proven hands-on experience across videography, motion design, and visual storytelling — not just one of the three.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D; familiarity with Blender or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Strong visual competence, precise timing, and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics and motion systems.
• Experience implementing complex motion systems and CI-compliant animation frameworks.
• Familiarity with sound design or UI/HMI animation (e.g. interactive product interfaces) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages welcome. Team-oriented mindset with structured working habits and high quality standards.
