Corporate Design Coordinator/Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Corporate Design Coordinator/Manager for our Chief Design Officer (CDO) Office.

As Corporate Design Coordinator/Manager in the CDO Office, you will support the strategic, operational, and creative agenda at the highest executive level. This role sits at the intersection of executive coordination, project management, and automotive design, requiring a unique combination of organizational excellence, design literacy, and global business understanding. You will work in a small, agile team and serve as a key point of coordination between the CDO, design leadership, internal teams, parent company and external partners across the globe.  You will report to our Design Content Senior Manager of our CDO Office. 

 

What you will do:  

  • Drive the convergence and alignment of all content created by the global design organization, ensuring quality and consistency 
  • Manage the CDO’s calendar, coordinate complex international travel, and support daily executive operations 
  • Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external use 
  • Delegate, monitor, and follow up on tasks with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Organize design team meetings, creative workshops, and executive off-site events 
  • Support the CDO’s presence at global PR events, press conferences, and international auto shows 
  • Act as the central communication link between the CDO, design teams, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders 
  • Maintain internal alignment through clear documentation and efficient information flow 
  • Draft executive communications, internal announcements, and formal correspondence 
  • Handle sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of professionalism 
  • Support the execution of design-related initiatives and track project milestones and deliverables 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Proven experience in project management, with strong execution, coordination, and tracking skills 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in complex, fast-paced environments 
  • Solid background in automotive design or a closely related area within the automotive industry 
  • Deep understanding of design principles and processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams 
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); German and Chinese language skills highly preferred 
  • Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Automotive Design, or a related field 
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, concise, and confident in both written and visual formats 
  • Ability to operate with independence, reliability, and initiative in an international, dynamic setting 
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy, especially when handling confidential topics 
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution 
  • Flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities, time zones, and evolving executive demands
