
Overseas Brand Expert
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Overseas Brand Expert to join AVATR’s Oversea Business Development Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating AVATR’s premium intelligent electric vehicle brand across European markets. You will lead the development and execution of regional brand strategies, drive integrated marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent brand excellence while navigating the dynamic European automotive landscape.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement regional brand promotion plans and annual marketing strategies for Europe, firmly establishing AVATR as a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand.
- Strengthen brand differentiation through original design and intelligent technology narratives, creating clear distinction from traditional luxury competitors.
- Plan and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns—including brand launches, auto shows, cross-industry collaborations, PR, and digital initiatives—to build landmark brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, KOLs, and partners to form an effective communication network that enhances brand visibility and premium positioning.
- Serve as the key regional liaison, collaborating closely with global brand teams and local functions (sales, product, R&D, supply chain, after-sales) to ensure aligned brand and business execution.
- Establish and monitor brand equity metrics—such as awareness, reputation, and market share—and leverage insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and enforce brand consistency standards across all European touchpoints, including digital platforms, social media, and offline activations.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; overseas education or advanced study is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive brand/marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years focused on European markets.
- Preferred background in premium new energy vehicle brands (e.g., BBA, Zeekr, NIO, Tesla) or luxury automotive brands operating in Europe.
- Proven track record in brand building, new product launches, or successful regional marketing campaigns.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or other European languages is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of European NEV policies, market trends, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
- Strong local network in European media, KOL, and partnership circles is a strong advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment, willing to travel 30–50% of the time, and results-driven under pressure.
