AVATR Global Design Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Munich. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and engage top-tier talent within a fast-paced and premium automotive environment.

 

What you will do:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the HR Business Partner, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stage coordination.
  • Actively source candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and team culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within the Greenhouse system.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of offer letters and assist in managing the offer process.
  • Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to the HRBP and hiring managers.
  • Contribute to recruitment data analysis, pipeline tracking, and talent market insights.
  • Collaborate with and manage external headhunters, aligning their efforts with internal recruitment goals.
  • Assist in broader HR initiatives and generalist tasks as needed.

 

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong familiarity with automotive design functions and related role requirements is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with the Greenhouse system is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently while effectively collaborating within a broader HR team.
  • Experience managing headhunter suppliers is preferred.
  • Additional experience in HR generalist responsibilities is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German fluency is highly preferred.
