We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team at AVATR Design Center Munich. In this pivotal role, you will be partner with Finance Manager to drive financial strategy, analyze trends, and ensure the financial health of our innovative and high-end automotive brand. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing valuable insights and managing financial processes to support strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and invoice ledgers by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of payments, including the collection, verification, and submission of payment-related documents and applications.
• Track and register e-commerce purchase invoices and prepare monthly payment statements.
• Support the finance team with month-end close processes, including the preparation of monthly financial statements and local German financial/tax reports.
• Facilitate effective communication between the Munich Design Center and the company headquarters, ensuring alignment on financial activities, updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee budget management tasks, including monitoring budget adherence, preparing budget forecasts, and analyzing budget variances.
• Participate in various finance-related support tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• 2-3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the automotive OEM sector.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP software is a must.
• Fluent in English and Chinese. German language skill is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
