About the job
We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to help take ideas from early concept through to market launch, creating clarity, direction and momentum along the way. You’ll work hands-on across teams, shaping plans, managing risks, unblocking progress and bringing structure where it adds value. You’ll be comfortable in complexity, connect day-to-day delivery to the bigger picture, and help teams land work that makes a real impact.
Working within our Delivery community, you’ll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our Delivery Leads understand the complexity behind our products and processes, but work hard to remove that complexity from the day-to-day experience of our customers and our people. Delivery Leads are involved in every stage of product launches and improvements, helping teams move from idea to reality.
As a Senior Delivery Lead, you’ll act as a central point of contact for the team you support, helping to resolve issues and unblock progress by working closely with developers, product managers, designers and stakeholders across the business.
We’re looking for someone who shows up with intent, takes ownership, and works confidently with others to keep delivery moving. Someone who is prepared, dependable and follows things through. You’ll get involved early, take responsibility, and step in where you can add value. You’ll help keep people aligned by bringing clarity when things get messy and driving the conversations and decisions that move work forward. You’ll naturally connect the dots, understanding how different pieces of work fit together and link to wider priorities, and you’ll always be focused on landing the best outcome — maintaining momentum, adapting when needed, and helping work land well.
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Delivery Lead in a tech environment, managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in Agile ways of working and iterative delivery
- A real interest in customer experience and collaborative delivery
- Evidence‑based decision‑making, using insight over opinion
- Working with ambiguity, shaping undefined concepts into balanced, achievable plans
- Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders
- Problem‑solving strengths — spotting risks, removing blockers and adapting plans
- Effective facilitation and picking the right technique for the moment
- Building flexible plans that support good, efficient delivery
- A track record of building trust, credibility and supportive team relationships
During our application process, you will be asked two questions to help us learn more about you and how you align with our values. These will be used as part of our selection criteria, to determine if we progress your application further.
Benefits
We’re offering a salary of up to £60,000, plus an additional 10% of your salary awarded to you in shares each year. These awarded shares will become yours in yearly instalments over the next three years, and you can choose to either sell them or keep them as shares.
You'll have 28 days' holiday per year, and that's in addition to bank holidays and half-day closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
