About Autotrader
You’ve probably heard of Autotrader, but do you know what we’re all about?
We’re the UK’s leading automotive marketplace, a heritage brand, and a tech darling of the stock market. We bring together vehicle buyers and sellers to give them real choices. Cars may be what we're best known for but we’re also the place for pretty much everything else on wheels, from e-bikes to caravans.
In the automotive world, change is a constant, that’s why we take our job of untangling the complex car-buying journey very seriously.
At our core, we’re all about people. We go our own way while embracing diversity and celebrating our differences. We dedicate ourselves to the idea that we work better together.
Autotrader is a beautiful, surprising and vibrant place to work. We might not be for everyone, but we could be perfect for you.
About the Job
We are hiring Graduate Account Managers to rotate within our wider Partnerships team, with a view to join our Manufacturers (OEMs) Partnerships team in London. You'll receive fantastic exposure to a large cross-section of the business, getting the chance to learn and contribute to each role and business area with varied responsibilities and opportunities to make an impact.
As a Graduate Account Manager, you’ll develop your communication skills by forging strong relationships, both internally and externally, gaining unparalleled access to senior people within the automotive industry. You’ll learn about the way we partner with agencies to create advertising campaigns on behalf of manufacturers and learn to understand the importance of using and analysing data and insights to identify trends. You'll share your industry knowledge with our varied audiences, bringing data to life with presentations and story-telling, spotting commercial opportunities, and driving success for our partners. We often hold forums with CEOs of big and mid-tier retailers, OEMs, car supermarkets to share latest data and insight; not to mention, helping overseas EV partners effectively enter the UK market.
Please note that although this role is based mainly in London, travel to our offices in Manchester and Hemel Hempstead will be required. During your first 3 months, your attendance will be required mainly in Manchester, but accommodation and travel will be covered.

- You'll be a recent graduate (or be expecting a degree in 2025) in any degree discipline, or hold a level 6 qualification
- Passionate about collaborating and building long-lasting relationships, demonstrating your communication skills both written and verbal.
- Numerate and analytical with some experience in collecting, analysing, and presenting data in a meaningful and engaging way to individuals and groups.

- You’ll be adaptable, and ready to embrace the experience of a variety of placements within our commercial teams.
- Demonstrate a passion to understand the needs of our customer’s businesses and how we can make a real difference in their results and performance
You might assume that our name, "Autotrader," means you need to be a car enthusiast to work here. That's not the case, but a willingness to get stuck into the automotive industry is.
