About Autotrader
You’ve probably heard of Autotrader, but do you know what we’re all about?
We’re the UK’s leading automotive marketplace, a heritage brand, and a tech darling of the stock market. We bring together vehicle buyers and sellers to give them real choices. Cars may be what we're best known for but we’re also the place for pretty much everything else on wheels, from e-bikes to caravans.
In the automotive world, change is a constant, that’s why we take our job of untangling the complex car-buying journey very seriously.
At our core, we’re all about people. We go our own way while embracing diversity and celebrating our differences. We dedicate ourselves to the idea that we work better together.
Autotrader is a beautiful, surprising and vibrant place to work. We might not be for everyone, but we could be perfect for you.
About the job
As a Customer Marketing Graduate, you will play an integral role in supporting our B2B marketing initiatives, while building relationships and driving engagement with our customers.
Our Customer Marketing team drives change in an established market, influencing attitudes and perceptions of automotive retailing and Autotrader. Our team of marketers play a key role in communicating and building partnerships with B2B / Trade customers to ensure they make best use of our products, data and services.
In this role, you will work on multiple B2B marketing projects, communicating their progress and success to internal stakeholders. You'll collaborate with various teams across the business including Product, Tech, Sales, PR and Insights to create engaging content for your campaigns. You will work across multiple digital channels, social platforms, and marketing automation tools to effectively connect with existing customers and drive engagement. You will also support the team with creative content marketing initiatives focused on highlighting the value we provide to our partners through channels such as webinars, in-person events and our Insight blog.
Working primarily with automotive retailers from small independents to large franchise groups. We're also expanding our reach to include technology partners, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders such as insurance companies and funders who integrate with our systems and leverage our data.
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate in any degree discipline (or hold a level 6 qualification) with a passion for marketing, and interest in the psychology behind buying decisions
- Understanding of B2B marketing and how we use it within our business
- Curious about data-driven marketing, with the ability to use insights to shape strategy and tell impactful, story-led campaigns
- Motivated by building long-term relationships and delivering measurable ROI, rather than focusing solely on short-term wins
- Collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn from others and make the most of every development opportunity
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organised in fast-paced environments
You might assume that our name, "Autotrader," means you need to be a car enthusiast to work here. But that's not the case. We're looking for people who are passionate about their work and thrive in a collaborative environment.
