The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced, commercially pragmatic, and detail-oriented person to lead our legal team and oversee our legal operations across the UAE, UK and USA internationally. This is a high-impact leadership role that offers the chance to shape Audiomob’s legal approach and work directly with the founders during a critical growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal matters across sales, engineering and investment contracts
- Support investor relations and lead legal aspects of funding rounds
- Develop legal strategies that support Audiomob’s commercial objectives
- Lead commercial contract negotiations and close key strategic deals
- Manage Audiomob’s IP portfolio, including patents and trademarks
- Advise on legal and compliance matters relating to employees
- Line manage the HR team and ensure employment law compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to manage risk
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)
- N.B. we will review applications from candidates outside of this PQE range
- In-house legal experience, ideally in VC/PE-backed tech, advertising, or media companies
- Proven ability to close commercial deals in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Expert-level drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across departments
- Track record in legal strategy for patents and managing employee legal issues
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining precision and commercial focus
