About the Role
As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Audiomob gaming and app developer network. You will take ownership of driving revenue through signing and scaling our game and app partners.
This role requires a deep understanding of mobile game or app monetisation, including industry metrics such as retention and ARPDAU.
We are also looking for a proven ability to pitch and close monetisation solutions effectively. You will be expected to lead and mentor a small team of partnership and developer relations professionals, bringing structure and strategic direction to the group without the need for oversight.
Ideal candidates will have experience working directly with game or app developers, particularly in roles focused on monetisation strategy and execution. You should be highly commercial, comfortable owning the full deal cycle from pitch to close and confident navigating both business and technical conversations.
Required Experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Monetisation Manager or in a similar role within the gaming, app or adtech industry
- Deep understanding of mobile game and app KPIs including ARPDAU, retention, and LTV
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring
- Demonstrated success pitching monetisation products to internal stakeholders or external partners
- Experience negotiating partnership terms and closing deals with game or app developers
- Solid network of contacts within gaming or app publishers and studios
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with ad mediation platforms, programmatic advertising, and in-game monetisation formats
- Multilingual skills (e.g. Russian, Arabic, French or Spanish)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the full cycle of partnership development from identifying and pitching monetisation opportunities to closing high-impact deals
- Build and manage strong relationships with Monetisation Managers, Product Teams, and Developer Studios
- Develop and execute Audiomob’s commercial growth strategies across global markets
- Negotiate partnership terms, deal structures, and integration timelines with game and app developers
- Lead and support a small team of Partnerships Managers and Developer Relations staff, fostering a high-performance culture
- Onboard new publishers, ensuring a smooth transition into monetisation
- Represent Audiomob at industry events and conferences
- Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders, providing feedback on product-market fit and partner needs
