Team Lead Quality Management (m/f/d)

About the Role 

At ARX Robotics, quality is fundamental to delivering reliable autonomous systems that perform in demanding environments. As Team Lead Quality Management, you will take ownership of the company’s quality strategy, lead the development of the quality management function, and help build scalable structures that support ARX’s continued growth. 

You will work across engineering, production, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the organization. This role combines operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership in a fast-moving defense technology environment. 

What You’ll Build 

• Lead and develop the Quality Management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment  
• Own and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)  
• Plan and oversee internal and external audits across the organization  
• Define and implement quality management processes that support operational scalability and product reliability  
• Oversee quality standards and performance across suppliers, production, and internal operations  
• Act as a key interface between internal teams, suppliers, customers, and external stakeholders  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products and processes meet customer expectations and compliance requirements  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality, operations, and supply chain processes  
• Support the development of a strong company-wide quality culture built on accountability and operational excellence  

What You Bring 

• Fluency in both German and English
• Experience leading quality management initiatives within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or technology-driven environments
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits and process improvement methodologies 
• Experience managing and mentoring quality teams in a fast-paced operational environment  
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and acting as a central point of coordination for quality-related topics  
• Knowledge of supplier quality management and operational quality processes  
• Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA in a quality, operations, or supply chain environment  
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  
• Ability to balance strategic process development with hands-on operational execution  
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
