Talent Acquisition Team Lead (m/f/d)

ARX Ukraine is looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead (m/f/d) to take charge of our recruiting strategy and operations across all business areas. You’ll lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring top talent in tech, operations, and business functions - from junior specialists to senior leadership roles. 

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll set direction, coach your team, and drive hiring excellence across the board. You’ll report directly to the CEO of ARX Ukraine and work closely with department heads to deliver the talent that fuels our growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, coach, and scale the TA team - set clear goals, foster accountability, and build a culture of performance and collaboration
• Translate business needs into strategic hiring plans across all departments and levels
• Own the full recruitment cycle for leadership and high-impact roles
• Build smart, scalable processes that keep quality high and time-to-hire low
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines through market mapping, proactive sourcing, and strategic talent outreach
• Elevate our employer brand to attract the best talent in Ukraine’s competitive market
• Use hiring data to identify challenges, optimize funnels, and continuously improve how we hire
• Champion an inclusive hiring culture and make sure every candidate experience reflects our values
• Partner with HR and leadership to forecast talent needs and anticipate future skills
• Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team at HQ to share best practices and raise the bar on hiring quality
• Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with ARX standards. 

Your profile  

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team
• Experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles at fast growing tech scaleups
•  You’ve managed high‑volume hiring and know how to scale recruitment efficiently without ever lowering the quality bar
• Strong sourcing background and deep understanding of the Ukrainian talent market
• Proven ability to design and scale recruiting processes
• Data-first mindset: you use metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Obsessed with great candidate experience and recruitment innovation
• Prior experience from mil tech or robotics companies would be a plus
• You thrive in fast-growing, high-velocity environments, where priorities evolve quickly
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
