Junior IT Support / Service Desk Technician (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to provide first-level technical support to internal users. This role requires troubleshooting skills across operating systems, hardware, and enterprise tools. The position is primarily on-site, supporting office users directly, with a hybrid model being possible. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Provide first-level IT support (in person and remote) 

• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues 

• Support Windows and macOS environments 

• Assist with basic Linux tasks (user level) 

• Create, update, and manage tickets in Jira Service Management 

• Install and configure laptops, desktops, and printers 

• Support Microsoft 365 applications 

• Manage user accounts (Active Directory / Entra ID / Okta) 

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account creation) 

• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff 

• Document solutions and common issues 

Your Profile 

• 1–3 years of IT support experience  

• Basic knowledge of: Windows 11, macOS, Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi) 

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira preferred) 

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 

• Basic understanding of Google Workspace 

• Language (English) 

• Willingness to learn and grow in IT 

Nice to Have 

• Basic Linux knowledge 

• ITIL Foundation  

• Experience with hardware troubleshooting 

• Basic scripting knowledge
