IT Administrator (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Administrator responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s IT infrastructure. This role goes beyond user support and includes system administration, security, and infrastructure management. The IT Administrator ensures system stability, security, and operational efficiency. The position is primarily on-site, supporting office users directly, with a hybrid model being possible. 

Your Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and/or Linux servers 

• Manage Active Directory / Entra ID 

• Manage Okta 

• Maintain Microsoft 365 environment 

• Manage virtualization platforms (Hyper-V) 

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, VPN) 

• Handle patch management and system updates 

• Manage backup and disaster recovery procedures 

• Manage endpoint security solutions 

• Support Jira Service Management and improve workflows 

• Automate routine tasks (PowerShell / Bash) 

• Manage IT assets and licensing 

Your Profile 

• 4–6 years experience in IT Administration 

• Strong knowledge of: Identity Management, Mobile Management, Automation 

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals 

• Experience with virtualization 

• Basic security best practices 

• Experience with backup solutions 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms 

• Strong troubleshooting skill 

 
Nice to Have 

• Linux administration experience 

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform basic knowledge) 

• Experience with monitoring tools 

• ITIL knowledge
