Specialist License Management (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Specialist License Manager for the Arsys Technology team.

Tasks

• Managing and monitoring the Microsoft licence portfolio, including managing licence keys, licence agreements and licence terms
• Conducting licence inventories and analyses to optimise licence usage and costs
• Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and implementing strategies for licence cost optimisation
• In addition, you will monitor and develop our software asset management (SAM) to ensure that we use software licences efficiently and manage costs responsibly
• You will be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in licensing matters to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
• Furthermore, you will develop, maintain and communicate IT guidelines, specifications and procedures in licence management to create clear structures
• You will carry out internal software and licence audits and provide support for external licence audits 

Expectations

• You have a degree in computer science/business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience as a licence manager (f/m/d).
• Ideally, you have experience with the licence metrics of major software manufacturers such as Microsoft, Oracle, Atlassian, Adobe, SAP, Salesforce, Docker, Miro, etc.
• Competence and experience in using licence management tools.
• You have proven expertise in conducting licence audits.
• Experience in the corporate IT environment and corporate purchasing is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken Englisch (C1) are required.
