Technical Account Manager

Logroño; Madrid; Remote

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have at least 2 years of experience in client-facing or technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.

  • Provide clear and responsive communication via email and phone (including on-call support).

  • Understand the client’s business needs and help coordinate the delivery of services accordingly.

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.

Incident & Request Coordination

  • Assist with the coordination of incidents and service requests.

  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.

  • Keep clients informed about ongoing issues and progress updates.

  • Support the documentation and follow-up of infrastructure changes.

Project Coordination

  • Help plan and monitor small to mid-sized projects with support from senior team members.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project tasks.

  • Track project status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Support testing and implementation phases.

  • Promote process improvement and clear documentation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German (C1 or above) 

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a service-oriented mindset.
