We are looking for an Specialist Full-Stack Execution for the Euro Office Performance Group (Server Development) team: 

What we'd like to see

• Backlog Eradication: Act as the primary high-volume executioner for features and bug fixes across the entire document suite. You clear the path for the Staff (L5) architects.
• Cross-Pod Support: Support the Netcode, Rendering, and Bridge pods during high-intensity "Feature Sprints," acting as the flexible resource that unblocks any technical bottleneck.
• Legacy Refactoring: Take "black box" legacy JavaScript modules and use AI-driven refactoring to convert them into clean, modular, and performance-optimized services.
• Rapid Prototyping: Take architectural blueprints from the Staff Architects and build working "Vertical Slices" (End-to-End prototypes) in record time.
• Documentation & Knowledge Mapping: Use AI to generate high-quality technical documentation for refactored legacy code, ensuring long-term maintainability.
