We are recruiting a SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN to join a highly qualified, agile and multidisciplinary team to offer the best technical support to our customers. You will work in a hybrid work model with a culture where we value innovation, flexibility,
initiative and commitment.

Tasks:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day activities to ensure that the quality and service levels agreed by the company are met, applying the established priorities and procedures.
• Administer Arsys systems and carry out activities related to incident resolution, participating in our on-call services.
• Facilitate and collaborate in the tasks of modifying and adapting processes to improve service levels.
• You will contribute to the improvement of products, processes and systems.

 

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience as a Systems Technician/Engineer.
• Technical degree (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, Mathematics,...), higher level training in computer science or equivalent training.
• Experience in.
  • System and network administration on different operating systems (Linux, Windows).
  • Administration of databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server), web servers (Apache, IIS), Postfix or DNS.
  • Administration of virtualised environments (VMWare, Hyper-V) as well as physical server architecture.

 

• Knowledge of:
  • Storage technologies (SAN, NAS, Object).
  • Scripts/programming languages (Bash, PowerShell). 

 

• Ability to communicate fluently in English with our international teams.
