Position Description: 

Arini is looking to hire an Accountant to assist the Fund Accounting team in performing their duties. The successful individual will be part of a team spread over London and Poland, helping to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the investment vehicles managed by Arini. This is a good opportunity for an ambitious fund accountant to join a successful hedge fund to rapidly expand their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Tracking of operating expenses incurred by the fund and reporting on them to investors and other stakeholders.
• Review of statutory financial statements prepared under US GAAP, Lux GAAP, Irish GAAP.
• Performing checks over month end NAV packs.
• Assisting in compiling reporting for investors.
• Helping to coordinate the month end valuation process.

Skills & Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting or a related role (fund administrator or asset manager)
• ACA/ACCA qualification (or progress towards) is preferred
• Good understanding of NAV processes, fund structures, and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
• Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong Excel skills; other systems experience is a plus
• Fluency in English required
