Argent aims to be crypto’s defining company: the first to bring the benefits of self-custody to a global audience. Giving people control of their assets and identity, and helping them to enjoy new economic opportunities.

To do this we’ve built the first smart wallet. As different from traditional wallets as smart phones were to 90’s phones. Argent is easier, safer, cheaper, and greener.

With over 2m users we’re growing fast. And have raised a total of $56m from Paradigm, Index Ventures and Creandum to fuel our ambitious efforts.

We work remotely across Europe, prioritizing autonomy and flexibility. And it’s a particularly exciting time to join as we’re launching new breakthrough products on Starknet.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our founders and leadership to address the company’s most critical challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of areas—from shaping strategy to optimising team performance—as we redefine how the world thinks about money.

This is a fast-paced role with a high level of responsibility and ownership. We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver who thrives on making things happen, is driven, and ready to create meaningful impact—everything else can be learned.

As Founder’s Associate, you will get to:

• Partner with Founders: Act as an extension of our founders, especially our COO & CEO, working across the organisation to drive Argent’s success by enabling effective decision-making and prioritising high-impact opportunities.
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Take ownership of projects across the organisation, managing them from concept through execution to successful completion.
• Optimise Operations: Analyse and improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and team productivity across all functions at Argent.
• Prepare Strategic Communications: Create investor updates, board presentations, and materials for internal and external events to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Problem-Solve Proactively: Step in wherever needed to address urgent challenges, solve problems, and support critical business operations.
• Drive Team Development: Foster continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement across the team to support long-term growth and success.

Your experience should include:

• 2+ years experience working in a high performing environment (Startups, consulting, Finance, or similar)
• Exceptional Problem solving skills with a proven ability to effectively tackle complex problems with innovative solutions and a results driven mindset.
• Proven ability to work with and source your own data, experience with SQL and Python is preferred.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and someone that thrives in chaotic, evolving situations.
• Bachelor Degree in a STEM field from a reputable university.
