The QA team at Argent is a dedicated and dynamic group of professionals committed to ensuring the highest level of quality across all products. We play a crucial role in upholding Argent’s reputation by meticulously testing new features, identifying defects early, and driving continuous improvements in the development process. Our team’s impact extends beyond just catching bugs — we help shape a seamless, reliable user experience, building trust and satisfaction among Argent’s users ultimately contributing to Argent’s growth and success.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will get to:

Be at the heart of our manual testing strategy that includes:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and reviewing requirements to ensure a solid understanding of what needs to be tested
• Implement manual testing procedures during the development cycle and manage the priorities for efficient and comprehensive test coverage.
• Jump seamlessly between projects to handle the testing challenges and proactively contribute to product quality.
• Advocating for the best possible experience for Argent’s end users.

As a QA Engineer with a focus on world-class user experience (UX) and robust security, you will take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle. You’ll be a critical part of a dynamic, agile team that ships innovative new features. Your mission will be to ensure the quality, usability, and security of the product.

Your experience should include:

• 5+ years of manual QA experience, demonstrating strong skills in shift left approach, functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Strong interest in Blockchain technology
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues, test results, and quality concerns to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good organisational skills to manage the workload efficiently and understand the priorities for efficient test coverage.
• Familiarity with mobile applications, extensions and cross-browser testing.
• Able to seamlessly transition between projects with similar technologies and domains to efficiently contribute from the start.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying edge cases and assessing risk areas effectively.
• Understanding Agile environments, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

You might also have:

• Experience or knowledge in Web 3 specific industry domains or Fintech
• Experience mentoring junior QA team members and contributing to process improvements.
• Demonstrates leadership in driving quality initiatives and setting testing standards across projects
