Your mission as a Working Student Product Operations (m/f/d)
 
Support the day-to-day operations of the Appinio mobile app by helping ensure a high-quality user experience. You will work closely with Product Management to review support tickets, validate user-reported issues, and assist with daily quality checks and making sure recurring operational tasks are handled reliably and nothing falls through the cracks.
 
What you will be doing
  • Review and help manage incoming support tickets related to the Appinio mobile app
  • Understand, categorise, and prioritise user-reported issues based on urgency and impact
  • Validate support cases by reproducing bugs and checking whether issues are genuine, urgent, or already known
  • Run daily quality checks of the mobile app to ensure key user flows are working properly
  • Identify patterns in support requests and highlight recurring issues to the product team
  • Perform manual checks related to community operations, including user bans and related review tasks based on internal guidelines
  • Document findings clearly and help maintain internal tracking of bugs, incidents, and quality issues
You will thrive in this role if
  • You have a strong interest in mobile apps, product operations, and user experience
  • You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working through tasks in a structured and reliable way
  • You are proactive, can identify what is important and urgent, and are comfortable making judgment calls within clear guidelines
A few words about the team:
  • Our Mobile App team works at the intersection of product and operations. We care about the details that make a real difference to our users and move quickly to solve problems as they arise. You will work closely with Product Management and collaborate with QA, development.

  • This role will report directly to our Senior Product Manager
