You will:

• Own the internal support and moderation platform end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, priorities, and results.
• Run one backlog for the helpdesk, chat, moderation, QA, and reporting tools, and decide what gets built and in what order.
• Collaborate with other products across the company to launch features together, improving the experience of millions of users.
• Define the success metric for every release, such as cost per contact, handling time, deflection, moderation speed, or accuracy, and check afterward whether it moved.
• Work closely with agents, moderators, and team leads to understand their workflows and turn their pain points into product decisions.
• Integrate AI to automate repetitive work, increase cost efficiency, and improve user experience.
• Lead a team of developers and project managers, keeping everyone moving toward the same goal.

We'll have a match if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience owning a product end-to-end, accountable for outcomes, not just delivery.
• Have experience with internal, B2B, or operational tools.
• Have a solid understanding of support or moderation operations, including queues, SLAs, routing, QA, and what one extra click costs across a 24/7 shift.
• Have hands-on experience shipping AI or automation features and measuring their impact on quality, not just volume.
• Have strong prioritization skills and the business judgment to weigh development cost against impact.
• Have the technical confidence to discuss architecture, trade-offs, and tech debt with engineers as a peer. Have clear, structured communication and the ability to lead people without needing formal authority.
• Have English at an Advanced (C1) level.
• Have strong analytical skills to build a data-driven product and make decisions based on data.

Will be an advantage:

• Have experience with a helpdesk platform, such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or an in-house solution.
• Have a background in consumer apps with user-generated content.
• Have experience managing and leading teams
