Your project:

Taimi. It is an inclusive LGBTQ+ dating app. It is carefully designed to explore users' diverse romantic and sexual preferences.

The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads and has partnerships with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more.

Taimi today: 31M users, 1,5M MAU, 84M+ matches annually. 

We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead our end-to-end outreach and collaboration with content creators.
You will be responsible for identifying creators, initiating outreach, negotiating usage rights and content buyouts, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth delivery of assets that have strong viral and cultural potential.
This is a highly operational and commercial role focused on scaling a pipeline of creator-generated content that fuels Taimi’s organic growth engine.

You will:

  • Identify and proactively reach out to creators aligned with LGBTQ+ culture, dating, lifestyle, and entertainment.
  • Negotiate content usage rights, buyouts, licensing agreements, and deliverables.
  • Manage pricing discussions and ensure cost efficiency while maximizing content quality.
  • Oversee contract execution in collaboration with legal and operations teams.
  • Define and track clear content deliverables, formats, and usage scope.
  • Work closely with the organic social and marketing teams to identify content needs.
  • Ensure acquired content aligns with Taimi’s tone, brand positioning, and cultural relevance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Act as the main point of contact for creators throughout collaboration lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain a database of creators, rates, performance, and learnings.

We'll have a match if you:

  • Have strong experience in creator outreach, negotiations, or talent/content sourcing.
  • Feel comfortable structuring deals and managing contracts.
  • Have an understanding of social content, virality, and internet culture.
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Have an operational mindset with attention to detail and execution speed.
