To strengthen our team in Oslo, Norway, we are looking for a: Backend Software Engineer

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Framework (ASP.NET Core is a plus).
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, API development, and integration patterns.Familiarity with Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.).
• Experience using Git and standard Git workflows.Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience working with Jira for task management and project tracking.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in conducting and participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
• Adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, staying up to date with technological advancements.
• Innovative mindset for finding creative solutions to challenges.

Your Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about complex systems and applications.
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, and understanding of branching strategies, merges, and pull requests.
• We are open to both seasoned professionals and recent graduates who demonstrate exceptional potential and a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A collaborative attitude with a focus on contributing to team goals and the overall success of the project.
• For senior candidates: Proven track record of leadership and mentoring, with experience managing complex technical projects and teams.
