Interim Global Head of Marketing

We are looking for an Interim Global Head of Marketing to serve as the architect and engine room of our international growth. This is a role for a high-impact practitioner who can bridge the gap between visionary strategy and relentless execution. You will lead a world-class, centralized marketing function, ensuring that as Apadmi expands across borders, our brand remains synonymous with digital excellence and our pipeline remains predictable, scalable, and high-intent.

As the Interim Global Head of Marketing at Apadmi, you will own the delivery of our global marketing engine. Reporting directly to the Global CMO, you will lead a specialist team across the UK, Netherlands, and Poland to sharpen our market presence. From navigating complex M&A brand integrations to optimizing a sophisticated MarTech stack, you will ensure Apadmi is impossible to ignore on the global stage, transforming marketing from a support function into a primary revenue driver. This will be a 6 months interim position.

 

What you’ll be working on

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our marketing activity, balancing brand authority with aggressive demand generation. As a senior leader, you will manage our global specialist team, ensuring our message is "Global yet Local." You will be hands-on in the work—leading PR strategy, high-tier event execution, and complex M&A integrations—while providing the data-led intelligence required to prove marketing’s impact on the bottom line.

  • Scalable Demand Generation: Execute sophisticated ABM and lifecycle campaigns focused on our ICP, turning high-intent search and social into a predictable pipeline.

  • Global Brand Authority: Elevate Apadmi’s market presence through multi-market PR, commanding the awards space, and delivering content that proves our technical depth.

  • Strategic Event Leadership: Transform industry stages into lead-generation machines and curate owned events that serve as critical conversion moments for global clients.

  • Marketing Operations & Intelligence: Optimise our CRM and MarTech stack to provide crystal-clear attribution, fostering a culture of rapid testing and optimization.

  • M&A & Brand Integration: Lead the rebranding and integration of acquired agencies, ensuring a seamless transition into the Apadmi ecosystem.

  • Regional Synergy: Align messaging across the UK, NL, and PL, ensuring brand integrity is maintained while respecting regional market nuances.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic peer to the C-suite, translating marketing performance into commercial insights that inform the broader business strategy.

 

What you’ll bring to the team

You are a marketing powerhouse with a proven track record in high-growth technology, consulting, or premium digital services. You are a "leader-practitioner" who is as comfortable critiquing a PR headline as you are analyzing paid social attribution. Your ability to navigate international complexity and inspire a team of specialists is what sets you apart.

  • Strategic Practitioner: You have "done the work" at a high level and lead by example, setting the gold standard for marketing excellence within the team.

  • Growth Mindset: Deep expertise in building demand-gen loops that fuel brand equity and vice versa.

  • International Expertise: Experience managing marketing activities across multiple territories and navigating the complexities of international brand alignment.

  • Data-Led Philosophy: A disciplined approach to "data-led, not data-driven" decision-making, with a focus on marketing ROI and commercial impact.

  • Exceptional Communication: The poise and authority to manage C-suite stakeholders and the empathy to mentor a growing team of global specialists.

  • M&A Experience: A background in (or a strong understanding of) agency integration and rebranding during periods of organic and inorganic growth.
