As the primary Sales Leader for Sri Lanka, you will own the end-to-end business development lifecycle for one of the world’s leading mobile experience agencies. You will be tasked with transforming a robust $5m existing pipeline into $3m in Year 1 revenue, while simultaneously architecting our expansion strategy for APAC in FY28. This role isn't just about selling services; it’s about consulting at the highest level - helping brands transition to mobile-first strategies or rescuing complex digital transformations that have stalled.
What you'll be working on
Your remit is centered on aggressive growth and high-level strategic alignment. You will be the face of Apadmi in Sri Lanka, responsible for securing new logos and signing high-value contracts. While you will be supported by a dedicated Business Development Executive (BDE) and a world-class Marketing function, the responsibility for closing multi-million dollar, complex integrations lies with you.

Revenue Generation: Achieve a Year 1 sales target of $3m by converting the existing $5m Sri Lankan pipeline.

New Logo Acquisition: Identify, nurture, and close new enterprise-level contracts across diverse sectors.

Strategic Pipeline Building: Develop a long-term deal flow for South Asia and APAC in preparation for FY28.

Partner Collaboration: Work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Director to execute account mapping and co-sell opportunities with partners like Braze, Airship, Eagle Eye, and Google Cloud.

Market Leadership: Represent Apadmi at major industry events such as Shoptalk Singapore and British High Commission partnered sessions to generate lucrative leads.

C-Suite Navigation: Lead complex negotiations with executive stakeholders, managing the nuances of multi-million dollar digital transformations.

Internal Alignment: Collaborate with global leadership (Manchester, Amsterdam, Munich, etc.) to ensure delivery capability matches sales promises.
