Brand Designer

Overview of role
As a Brand Designer within our global marketing team, you will shape how Apadmi shows up in the world. You’ll be the custodian and driver of our visual identity, managing and evolving the brand across every touchpoint. From big-picture identity thinking to hands-on execution, you’ll ensure everything we produce is polished, professional, and full of Apadmi’s unique personality.
What you'll be working on
You will be the go-to creative lead, ensuring our brand resonates across borders and sectors to appeal to both prospective clients and future employees. Your role balances high-level conceptual thinking with day-to-day execution across digital and physical spaces.

Visual Identity System: Proactively developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity and consistent visual language.

Multi-Channel Assets: Creating standout designs for web, social media, events, and marketing campaigns.

Web & UX: Supporting UX improvements across the Apadmi website.

Presentations: Owning the look and feel of high-stakes presentation and pitch decks.

Event Design: Creating event concepts and ensuring a consistent brand experience from the initial invite to the final follow-up.

Motion & Video: Supporting motion design projects and storyboarding for video content.

Asset Management: Maintaining a "brand room" and library of approved photography, logos, and templates for the wider team.

Case Studies: Elevating our success stories so the visual design matches the quality of the work.

M&A Support: Managing brand elements for new agencies joining the Apadmi group (logo lock-ups, launch assets, etc.).
What you'll be bringing to the team
We are looking for a meticulous, confident designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You should be someone who can not only create beautiful work but also explain the "why" behind your creative decisions.

Experience: 5+ years of proven brand or visual design experience (agency or in-house).

Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of branding, visual identity, and layout principles.

Communication: Confidence in presenting ideas and explaining your creative rationale.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for consistency and strong organizational skills.
