The Opportunity 
It’s an exciting period of growth for Apadmi across the UK and our international markets, and we’re excited about the opportunity to build a People Team that delivers outstanding candidate and colleague experiences. 

To make this vision a reality, we need an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong technical background to drive delivery of our technical hiring at Apadmi in the UK and across Europe (think Software Engineering, Product, Design, Test and all the other awesome technical skills that make up a high-growth Engineering function in a digital consultancy).

You’ll join a dynamic People Team and be responsible for hands-on recruitment delivery,  sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates through the process. Working closely with our Delivery Teams, you’ll establish what skills we need to be the best digital product creation business in the game and then see it through by getting the right talent through the door quickly and effectively.

About You

First things first, you must have tech recruitment experience. This is a non-negotiable for us, and the first thing we’ll look for in the screening process as we have to bring in someone with a network already established and the technical understanding to recruit for a variety of codebases. We don’t have the capacity at the minute to train someone up in this specialism, so we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running.

The other things that are absolutely essential are: 

  • Ability to work in Manchester at least 3 days a week - we believe building relationships on the ground matter & as a People Team, we love our time in the office together, connecting, communicating and collaborating with each other and our customers across the business

  • You know the drill when it comes to recruiting Tech & Digital talent in the North West. You know who the main players are, where the superstars are hidden and how to get to them to sell the next opportunity. We want you to be confident when representing our brand in the market and have some tricks up your sleeve to attract the right people for Apadmi

  • This role is all about delivery, sourcing, screening, assessing and managing candidates through the process. The focus is on execution: getting the right people into the right roles efficiently.

  • Not essential but a very nice to have is European Tech recruitment experience. We have a presence in Amsterdam and Wroclaw, with our eyes firmly set on further European expansion, so we’d like to see some applications from those who have built Tech communities in other European countries, as ultimately, you’ll be responsible for this too
