What You’ll Do

On Apadmi's UX Graduate Programme, you will gain hands-on experience in UX/UI design, developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for a range of digital products. You'll also develop expertise in user research, learning how to gather insights and feedback to inform and enhance design decisions. After 18 months, you'll have the option to focus on either UX/UI design or user research.

• Start with our Grad Kick-Off Day at Apadmi’s new state-of-the-art training facility.
• Follow a structured UX learning curriculum, designed to help you progress to designer or user researcher.
• Shadow our experienced UX team and work on a variety of live projects.
• Receive on-the-job training and work with cross-functional teams.
• Gain access to our Udemy library with 10,000+ on-demand courses.
• Earn your Professional Scrum Master certification within the first 6 months.
• You’ll get involved in a varied programme of learning events via our Apadmi Academy, including quarterly in-person ApadGrad training days and monthly knowledge sharing forums for our cohort of graduates.

• On track to graduate with an undergraduate degree in a design or web related subject.

• Working knowledge of UX or UI best practices.
