What we are looking for:
To support our mission and continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle in the French market - from prospecting to closing. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives, and other departments to identify and win new business, while contributing to a collaborative and ambitious team culture.
- Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new business opportunities via phone, email, video calls, social selling, and events
- Conducting in-depth research to understand customer pain points and tailor your pitch to their specific needs
- Owning and managing the full sales cycle
- Closing deals in the range of €6K to €150K, navigating complex negotiations with confidence and strategic insight
- Collaborating with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Customer Experience to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure a smooth handover
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Continuously building and nurturing your pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Previous experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals and growing territories
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in remote selling via phone, email, and video conferencing tools
- Confident in delivering tailored product demos and value-driven sales conversations
- Business fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in the SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and communication tools
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, consultative approach
- Self-starter mentality, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets in a dynamic environment
