What we are looking for:
To help us on our mission, we are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Salesforce Administrator. As a Salesforce Administrator at AnyDesk, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless operations, efficient processes, and data accuracy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to drive user adoption and enhance the overall effectiveness of our Salesforce ecosystem.
- System administration of the Salesforce environment, specifically related to custom apps, permissions, security settings, and objects and flows
- Support key business functions and to meet project goals, stakeholder requirements and company goals
- Management of day-to-day support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances
- Creation of reports and dashboards
- Planning and execution of internal trainings
- Careful, constant and conscientious documentation of the Salesforce platform
- Authorization management, implementation of use cases and system adjustments with the dedicated departments
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Successfully completed subject-specific studies/training in the field of IT or comparable qualifications
- Several years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Embrace an independent working style while maintaining effective and proactive communication with your team.
- Confident personality with good technical comprehension and a passion for learning and growth
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to find optimal solutions in a global, standardized context
- Salesforce Administrator Certificate
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g. Apex, Typescript)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; any other languages like German are a plus
