What we are looking for:
To support our mission, we are seeking a highly motivated Intern or Working Student for our Customer Success Department. In this role, you will assist the team with administrative tasks such as ticket allocation and preparing email templates. Your collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position. Additional responsibilities included below.
- Act as the primary point of contact for lower-tier customers, guiding them throughout their journey.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including ticket allocation and preparing email templates.
- Provide virtual demonstrations to customers to clarify software features as needed.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required by the Team Leader.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, maintain a can-do attitude, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Enjoys communication and working in a team.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Business-fluent communication skills in English and Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
