What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Associate to join our Customer Experience department. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring you are the primary point of contact for our customers in all technical account matters. An essential part of your role is to independently advise and support our customers regarding all their inquiries. You ensure smooth communication, maintain customer satisfaction and are able to work independently. Additional responsibilities included below.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Customers, providing prompt, courteous and efficient assistance through various communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products or services.
- Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the designated CRM system.
- Proactively gather customer feedback and insights, identify trends, and communicate suggestions for improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Work experience in a customer contact-centered area.
- Fluency in English and another language are required (Spanish, Portuguese, French)
- Ability to work evening shift (11-8pm)

- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured work approach.
- Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and other customer service tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and technology platforms.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer needs.
- Preferred skills of 1 year of Technical Support or IT experience.
