The Role
The Compliance & Contracts Administrator is responsible for the administration and management of contracts, placements and compliance-related data in Germany.
This role is focused on accuracy, completeness and high-quality data management within defined legal frameworks. While compliance requirements guide the processes, the primary emphasis is on administrative precision and effective process execution.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Data Management

Create, maintain and manage client, candidate and placement records
-
Generate, update and manage contractual documentation using approved templates
-
Correct and reset exported placements where required
-
Support daily RCRM exports
-
Manage on-hold lists and process contract amendments
Compliance Administration Support
-
Perform daily compliance validations using approved templates
-
Ensure accurate data capture at the placement stage
-
Escalate non-standard or high-risk cases to Legal
-
Support a preventative, “first-time-right” compliance approach
Documentation & Audit Support
-
Maintain complete and accurate compliance and contractual documentation
-
Prepare audit files and evidence packs
-
Support internal and external audits
Operational Tasks

Conduct credit checks where required
-
Manage unsubscribe requests (clients and candidates)
-
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve data gaps

Experience & Skills
-
Administrative or compliance background
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
-
Experience in recruitment, staffing or regulated environments preferred

Strong systems and process orientation
-
Structured, resilient and capable of managing high workloads
-
Vocational training in office administration or related fields (e.g. Bürokaufleute) strongly preferred

The Package
We offer a competitive base salary in the region of €35,000 – €45,000 gross per annum, depending on experience, alongside excellent company benefits including:
