Overview
Amoria Group is expanding and seeking ambitious individuals to join our recruitment team as 180 Recruitment Consultants. This role focuses on the US Advanced Engineering market, working directly with established clients and delivering high-quality candidate sourcing and talent delivery.

About the Role
As a 180 Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for high-value clients across the United States. This position is focused solely on candidate delivery, with Business Development Consultants managing client relationships. You will become an expert in your specialist market while supporting key hiring needs for leading engineering organisations.

Key Responsibilities
• Source, identify, and qualify candidates for roles across the US engineering market
• Manage the full candidate journey from outreach to placement
• Work alongside Business Development Consultants to fulfil client hiring requirements
• Build strong candidate relationships and develop niche market expertise
• Write effective job adverts and attract talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
• Maintain accurate pipeline and candidate management records

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
