About the Role
Amoria Group is expanding its award-winning recruitment team and we are looking for an experienced Senior 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our US Advanced Engineering division.

This role offers the opportunity to work with high-value, established clients across the United States, focusing on candidate delivery, relationship management, and talent sourcing within a high-demand technical market.

As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of key client relationships, manage complex candidate pipelines, and help to mentor and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with long-term, established clients to understand their technical requirements and hiring needs

  • Source, qualify, and manage top-tier engineering candidates across the US market

  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle from engagement to placement

  • Collaborate with Business Development Consultants to deliver seamless client service

  • Build long-term relationships and maintain an expert understanding of your niche market

  • Coach and mentor junior consultants within the team

  • Write and publish targeted job adverts to attract high-calibre talent

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a 180 or 360 recruitment role

  • Experience recruiting within engineering, technology, or technical markets preferred

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Track record of delivering consistent results in a target-driven environment

  • Confident communicator with a consultative and professional approach

  • Driven, proactive, and ambitious to develop into a leadership role

  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
