What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll be trained to become an expert consultant and trusted advisor to global engineering and energy companies by way of finding them the right people. You’ll:

  • Develop and manage relationships with clients and industry professionals

  • Win new business through networking and outreach

  • Match top talent to world-class projects

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and project developments

  • Consult clients on challenges and provide high-value solutions

 

What Do You Need?

  • 6+ months of sales, recruitment, or customer-facing experience

  • A degree is a bonus, but drive and determination matter most

  • A natural communicator - confident, resilient, and people-focused

  • Strong ambition and clearly defined personal, professional and financial goals

  • A hunger to learn, grow, and build something for your future
