Job Overview: 

We’re looking for a part-time (3 days/week) Social Media Executive to lead content delivery across multiple brands and channels at Amoria Group. This role involves creating and optimising engaging, value-driven content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and future platforms, tailored to B2B audiences in the staffing and consulting sector. Working across Amoria Group, Amoria Bond and CMC, you'll repurpose marketing materials, maintain brand consistency, contribute to strategy, report on performance, and support sales teams with social assets. Based in Manchester, you'll be a key part of our global content & marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and future channels for multiple brands.
  • Repurpose and optimise content for channel-specific performance, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
  • Design branded graphics, templates and assets for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with local C&M team to deliver posts in German and Dutch.
  • Capture and coordinate office photography and video content globally.
  • Support and execute the content calendar, reporting on channel performance and ROI.
  • Develop and refine strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and new platforms.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and represents our employer brand and services accurately.
  • Partner with sales, talent attraction and global teams to co-create impactful content.
  • Monitor channels for outdated or inaccurate content and lead improvements.
  • Share insights, performance data and strategic recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Stay current on social media trends and contribute to evolving our content and marketing strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualification or training in marketing, content, or social media is desirable.
  • Strong experience in social media content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
  • Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS tools, and content scheduling platforms.
  • Confident in analysing performance data and applying insights to improve content.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in recruitment or consultancy.
  • Solid understanding of social media best practices and marketing ROI.
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A creative thinker who works well within brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working with remote global teams and contributing to shared goals.
