Partnership Manager – Sales & Recruitment (Open to all experience levels)

💼 What does the role involve?

As a Partnership Manager, you’ll be trained to manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates — building long-term business relationships and delivering great recruitment solutions.

You’ll:

  • Connect with hiring managers, understand their needs, and build strong partnerships
  • Build your own network of skilled freelancers and guide them through the recruitment process
  • Manage the full sales and recruitment cycle: business development, account management, sourcing, and deal negotiation
  • Act as the go-to person for both clients and candidates throughout the process

😊 Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re ambitious, motivated, and excited to learn and grow in a high-energy environment
  • You enjoy working with people and can build strong relationships
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, sales, or recruitment is a bonus — especially in fast-paced roles
  • You speak Dutch or German + English fluently (C1/C2), or English fluently with at least 1.5 years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment
