Sales Consultant (all entry levels)- Dutch or German speaking & Amsterdam-based

What you’ll be doing as a Sales Consultant:

• Building relationships with new clients over the phone.
• Becoming a trusted advisor, helping businesses find top talent.
• Creating and managing your own network of candidates.
• Sourcing, qualifying, and placing the right professionals in the right roles.
• Negotiating and securing win-win deals.
• Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a great experience.

Who we’re looking for:

• Motivated and ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus if you have experience in sales, recruitment, or business development (but if not, don’t worry – we’ll train you!).
• Fluent in German & English or Dutch & English (C1-C2 level).
• Based in (or planning to move to) Amsterdam.
