Revenue Operations Engineer

Barcelona

At Amenitiz, we're on a mission to simplify hospitality management - empowering over 15,000 independent hoteliers to run smarter, not harder.

We're more than just another SaaS scale-up. We're revolutionizing one of the world's oldest industries. Backed by over $80M from top-tier VCs who support disruptive giants like Alibaba, Toast, Zendesk, Delivery Hero, Revolut, and Loom, we've been recognized as a TravelTech Titan and one of Wired's hottest start-ups.

From our Barcelona HQ, we turn bold ideas into real impact, ownership into innovation, and collaboration into results that matter - every single day.

About the role

Own the revenue engine end-to-end, from the data and code that generate a qualified pipeline at the top of the funnel, to the systems, automation, and analytics that turn that pipeline into predictable, efficient revenue. You combine hands-on engineering (Python, SQL, scraping/data pipelines) with CRM architecture and revenue analytics (HubSpot, cohort tracking, CAC/LTV/NRR) to build, ship, measure and optimize the full GTM engine across our four markets.

This role goes beyond project coordination or reporting. It focuses on designing and maintaining the data pipelines that support Sales, helping shape and optimize the CRM that powers the commercial funnel, and building the reporting and insights that enable the business to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive revenue performance.

Your missions

Lead Generation Engine & Data Acquisition

  • Own and improve the Lead Generation codebase — write clean, tested, deployable Python and refactor it so it stays simple and fast as volume grows.
  • Collect and aggregate prospecting data through scraping, scripting and data purchase; build pipelines that feed Sales a steady, reliable stream of qualified prospects.
  • Ensure prospecting data is accurate, available, secure and actionable across all markets.
  • Implement and evolve lead-scoring rules based on downstream revenue quality, not just close rates, so SDRs and AEs always work the highest-probability prospects first.

Revenue Performance Framework & Analytics

  • Define and maintain the company-wide revenue performance scorecard: CAC, Payback, NRR, LTV/CAC, conversion by segment, ACV mix.
  • Build cohort-based performance tracking to monitor retention across 3-, 6- and 12-month periods by segment.
  • Monitor revenue leakage and identify systemic inefficiencies across the full funnel — from lead generation through onboarding, Sales and Customer Success.
  • Partner with Finance and Data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and actionability of revenue intelligence.

Process Optimization, Automation & CRM Architecture

  • Optimize end-to-end GTM workflows, including onboarding, Sales and Customer Success handoffs.
  • Design and implement automation, including AI-powered workflows; to eliminate repetitive tasks, ensure accurate data flow and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Own CRM architecture and governance in HubSpot: lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules, API integrations and system scalability.
  • Continuously monitor and debug automations and workflows so revenue-critical processes remain reliable at scale.
  • Document playbooks (Lead Generation Playbook, GTM playbooks) and drive adoption across teams.

Segment & Mix Optimization

  • Track ACV evolution and performance by segment and monitor trends over time.
  • Identify high-potential segments with the strongest LTV/CAC ratios to prioritize GTM resources.
  • Refine lead scoring and routing logic in partnership with Sales, Customer Success and Data teams so segment-level insights translate into GTM strategy and execution.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM/RevOps Engineering, or analytics/operations roles in SaaS, high-growth tech, marketplaces, or other revenue-driven environments.
  • Python development: testing, deployment and codebase refactoring. Comfortable owning an app end-to-end, not just contributing to it.
  • SQL proficiency, plus git / GitHub and standard delivery processes.
  • HubSpot expert: deep, hands-on experience architecting workflows, custom objects, automations and API integrations.
  • API literacy: you understand how systems connect, can read API docs and design integration flows.
  • Strong understanding of subscription revenue metrics: MRR, Sales Velocity, CAC, LTV, NRR, payback period.
  • Experience operating across multiple geographies or segments with different maturity levels.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of: French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.

Strong plus

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
  • Familiarity with conversational intelligence platforms and AI-powered sales tools.
  • Background in high-volume SaaS, hospitality tech, or marketplaces.
  • Experience integrating Customer Success operations alongside Sales operations.
  • Experience building performance frameworks in B2B SaaS.
