We’re looking for someone who is both empathetic and product-driven. Someone who enjoys understanding the day-to-day reality of hoteliers and property owners, and takes pride in helping them get real value from Amenitiz.

You’re comfortable navigating digital tools, but more importantly, you know how to translate them into something useful, simple, and impactful for the people using them.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

  • Support customers across chat, phone, and email with clarity, empathy, and speed
  • Solve real problems — not just answer questions
  • Help hoteliers and property owners get genuine value from Amenitiz
  • Translate product features into simple, practical solutions customers can actually use
  • Spot patterns, think ahead, and help improve how we support and what we build
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to fix issues at the root

🌍 Requirements

  • Native French speaker with strong English and fluent Spanish
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (chat, phone, or email support)
  • Experience with CRM or SaaS tools is a plus
