As a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key strategic role in shaping how our customers experience Amenitiz from day one. Beyond managing onboarding, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for high-value clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform and driving long-term success.
This is a hands-on and impactful role where you’ll combine customer interaction with strategic thinking. You’ll also support and mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate our onboarding experience globally.
Your mission
- Lead onboarding for high-value customers, ensuring a smooth and successful launch with Amenitiz.
- Deliver advanced product training, enabling clients to become autonomous and confident users.
- Act as a strategic partner to customers, identifying opportunities to improve adoption and reduce churn.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and become a trusted point of contact during onboarding.
- Mentor and support junior onboarding specialists, sharing best practices and helping them navigate complex situations.
- Identify bottlenecks in onboarding processes and propose data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Sales) to drive global improvements and align on customer needs.
- Share insights and feedback from customers to continuously improve our onboarding strategy.
About you:
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- You have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or onboarding.
- You have experience mentoring or supporting junior team members and enjoy helping others grow.
- You are a strategic thinker, capable of identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
- You are customer-centric, with a strong ability to understand needs and tailor solutions.
- You are proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally and contributing to broader team and company initiatives.
- You are organized, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
