We’re not looking for a Content Specialist

We’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, writes with purpose, and knows how to build content that actually delivers results. At Amenitiz, we’re rethinking how we create content. Not just to attract attention, but to bring value, educate, and drive action. This role goes beyond writing. It’s about understanding the business, the audience, and the moments that matter. From planning the strategy to publishing the final piece, we want someone who can own the full content journey. You’ll work closely with the Brand Studio, Growth, Product Marketing, and Customer teams, and report directly to the Head of Brand and Content. We’re looking for someone who is natively fluent at least in one of our core markets (Spain, France or Italy) and feels fully comfortable working in English. Experience in startups, B2B environments or creative agencies is a strong plus.

What you’ll do
  • Build and implement content strategies that support brand and business goals
  • Create, write and edit content across multiple formats and channels: blog posts, web copy, paid, landing pages, email content, social, product messaging, etc.
  • Own and manage the blog roadmap: from keyword research and topic ideation to brief creation, production, publishing, and performance tracking
  • Think of experiments, creative campaigns and concepts that truly connect with and inspire our audience
  • Work with designers and video/motion creators to bring ideas to life in ways that go beyond just words
  • Ensure content is SEO-friendly, valuable, and aligned with the overall brand strategy
  • Track performance and continuously optimise content based on what works and what doesn’t
  • Help define and evolve the content pillars, messaging architecture and tone of voice for Amenitiz
  • Contribute to building the foundation of our new content team
What we’re looking for
  • You are a native speaker in Spanish, French or Italian, and fully fluent in English
  • You have strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and structure to different formats and goals
  • You know how to build and execute a content strategy, not just deliver assets
  • You’re confident working with SEO tools and best practices (no need to be a specialist, but you understand how search works)
  • You think in ICP needs, not just keywords
  • You’re organised, autonomous and proactive, you don’t wait for perfect briefs to get started
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once and know how to prioritise
  • You care about quality and consistency, but you also know how to move fast
  • You’re excited by the idea of joining a brand in full transformation and want to be part of building something new
One last thing

We’re looking for people with experience, ambition and the drive to grow. If you’re just looking to fill a role, this probably isn’t for you. We want people who are ready to bite, who bring ideas to the table, and who want to build something that matters. So instead of a cover letter made with ChatGPT, send us 2 or 3 content examples that show us how you write, think and create. They can be blog posts, landing pages, articles, email flows, campaign pieces, anything that reflects your style and thinking. If you have a portfolio we can browse through, even better. Be bold. Be weird. Be you.

If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and innovation, we want to hear from you! Apply now to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey at Amenitiz!
