About Us
Our HR department is well-established and effectively supports the company. To further align with our business growth and goals, we are expanding our team with a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner. This role will be pivotal in strengthening HR strategies, driving key initiatives, and supporting organizational development and leadership needs in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including strategic HR management.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and talent management.
- Proven experience in organizational changes (e.g., restructuring, mergers).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with labor laws and budgeting/compensation strategies.
- Fluency in English.
- Adaptability, proactivity, and organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to address HR priorities and provide strategic guidance.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Manage employee retention programs and succession planning.
Change Initiatives:
- Lead HR aspects of business transformations, including restructuring and mergers.
- Plan and execute effective communication and training during transitions.
- Maintain employee morale and engagement throughout organizational changes.
Talent Management:
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Analyze productivity and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive, engaging work environment through team-building activities.
- Mentor and collaborate with HR team members, sharing best practices to ensure high performance.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.
- Maintain and analyze HR data for reporting and decision-making.
Finance:
- Manage HR budgets, including benefits, training, and development programs.
- Design compensation strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
