To support our growth plans, we’re looking for a Copywriter to join an established marketing team and become the key stakeholder in our content marketing activities, with a strong focus on blog post creation.
We are looking for an independent, reliable, and self-motivated copywriter who has an understanding of what a high-quality, creative, and engaging copy should look like. We expect you to loudly express your opinion, which will not be overheard because your experience is valuable, and we expect you to constantly challenge yourself and the rest of the team to help us improve and therefore meet the business objectives.
You would be working alongside our Content Manager, SEO Specialist, Designer, and Head of Marketing.
Ideally, you have been working in the marketing department of a software development outsourcing company before and you have proven experience.

- Fully remote, on-site or in a hybrid setting — as you prefer. We’re a remote-first company with three physical offices – Bratislava (Slovakia), Prague (Czech Republic), and the other one in Kyiv (Ukraine).
Requirements
- Perfect English skills
- Knowledge of the software development sector and related terminology
- Experience in creating content for a similar type of company
- Experienced in WordPress/Elementor, able to independently publish and work with articles
- Strong writing and editorial skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the latest SEO optimization and content marketing trends
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit copy for our website (blog posts, link-building articles etc.)
- Form and execute a content plan for our website
- Collaborate with our experts to deliver valuable content
- Optimize existing content to improve SEO rankings and engagement
- Work closely with our SEO specialist to ensure everything aligns with the latest best practices.
