Resource Manager

We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Resource Manager
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage resources for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of software engineering roles and technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks)
  • Familiarity with software development processes

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Resource utilization rate (bench management)
  • Turnaround time for filling resource gaps
  • Accuracy in forecasting resource needs

Responsibilities:

Resource and Team Management:

  • Serve as the Line Manager for freelancers and Time and Materials (T&M) contractors, ensuring effective support and guidance for external collaborators.

Talent Network Development:

  • Proactively expand the network of external collaborators (freelancers, etc.) to align with company sales prospects and project demands.

Resource Allocation:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and the Chief Delivery Officer to assign resources to projects that optimize utilization while balancing company goals and client needs.

Utilization Tracking:

  • Monitor and track resource utilization, identifying issues and taking corrective actions when needed.

Risk Management:

  • Oversee potential resource risks to ensure smooth project workflows.

Health Checks & Time Tracking:

  • Work with HR to support employee health checks and implement effective time-tracking controls for resource management.

Resource Balancing:

  • Maintain a balanced resource pool that aligns with current company needs and priorities.

Booking Management:

  • Oversee resource bookings within the internal system, ensuring streamlined allocation processes.

Internal Projects:

  • Allocate resources for internal initiatives, such as marketing, recruitment, and pre-sales efforts

Employee Experience Database:

  • Manage the employee experience database to improve the overall employee experience.

Compensation Process Facilitation:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for salary and compensation reviews for both full-time employees and T&M/freelancers.

 Our transparent recruitment journey usually takes up to 2 weeks and includes a few stages:

  1. Recruiting Interview -> 30-45 min
  2. Technical Interview -> 1-1,5h
  3. Client Interview (optional) -> up to 1h
  4. Pre-Offer Call -> 15min
  5. Reference Check
  6. Offer
