We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Angular Developer on behalf of our client, a specialized German consulting firm focused on the energy and financial markets.

Our client provides high-end advisory and technology services, helping their partners navigate the complexities of energy trading, risk management, and digital transformation. Their work combines deep industry-specific expertise with a commitment to high-quality software engineering. Project Goal

We are building a large-scale cloud-based portal in the energy domain, focused on digitalizing end-to-end processes for renewable energy management. Rewrite legacy project: You will be responsible for modernizing and rebuilding an existing legacy system using a modern tech stack.

Requirements

Core Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of professional experience with Angular.

• Strong proficiency in Angular Material.

• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3 / SCSS.

Frontend Architecture:

• Solid experience in Component-based architecture.

• Strong knowledge of State management (NgRx or similar).

• Proven ability to build Responsive UI / UX.

Integration, Auth & Testing:

• Experience with REST APIs integration.

• Familiarity with OAuth and OpenID Connect authentication flows.

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Cypress and Jest.

• CI/CD awareness, proficiency with Git, and experience in code reviews.

Domain & Cloud (Bonus):

• Basic knowledge of AWS services.

• Previous experience in the Energy or Utilities domain is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Develop complex and high-performance frontend features using Angular.

• Architectural Design: Build and maintain a scalable and reusable UI architecture.

• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend APIs.

• Optimization: Ensure the application meets high standards for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

• Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and E2E tests to ensure system stability.

• Collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions within the team.
